How you will create an impact:

1. Working in teams for a wide variety of clients, products, and project types, while building industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast-paced projects. Specifically gain experience in:
1. Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
2. Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to support various client engagements, including developing presentations, creating financial models, and contributing to client workshops.
3. Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing compelling presentations and reports for clients, showcasing findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.
4. Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
5. Client Interaction: Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in meetings and workshops and contributing to discussions and presentations as appropriate.
6. Learning and Development: Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance your consulting and business acumen, as well as your understanding of Simon-Kucher's methodologies.
2. Work closely with project teams to leverage both strategy development and data analysis to solve client business challenges.

Your profile:

1. 0 years of work experience; participation in consulting clubs or industry groups as an undergraduate is highly valued.
2. Has obtained or is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university/college pursuing a degree in any field and expected to graduate after May 2024. A degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, biomedical engineering/mechanical engineering or a related sciences or business field is a plus.
3. Clear interest in the life sciences industry.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
5. Strong collaboration and teaming skills.
6. Inclusive and empathetic team member.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
8. Complex data analytic skills using Python, SQL, etc. is a plus.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
10. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $90,000-95,000/yr. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
