Job Description :
1. Looking for HR professional with 6-8 years of good HR (US) Domain knowledge
2. Workday expertise in at least one of the modules of Compensation+Tuition, Absence+TT+Talent, Recruiting, Security, HCM and Reporting
3. Hands on integration experience in functional knowledge across atleast one HR module including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence and payroll in workday finance
4. Good communication skills in a MUST due to the requirement to interact with Business.
5. Technical skills / Analytical aptitude
6. Provide Support to HR SMEs handling 6 work streams as Lifecycle Management, Compensation, Talent Management, Leave / Calendaring, Recruitment & allied activities and Activities to be performed
7. Interact with business teams in understanding requirements, documentation
8. Provide support to the SMEs in handling their tasks/activities
9. Triaging of issues passed on from L1 support
10. Recommend solutions, design considerations
11. Build SME knowledge base
12. Compensation WorkDay module specialist
