The Work:
We will be hiring for:
Strategy and Consulting Analyst
- Receive exceptional training on developing your consulting skills as well as career development coaching and mentoring from senior level executives
- Collaborate in a team of 3-5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement
- Solve tough, critical challenges facing our federal clients today
- Analyze information, test hypotheses and present recommendations to your client that have a real impact on their business
- Work on a variety of client engagements, exploring all the areas of our business
- Network and learn from a wide diversity of thought leaders
- Travel may be required
Technology Consulting Analyst
- Learn first-hand how we help the federal government develop and implement their tech strategy, as well as how we manage our business to help maximize business outcomes for both our clients and Accenture
- Work with a diverse group of people across many different technologies
- Connect with your teammates to design and develop new technology product features
- Bridge the gap between technology and business by using your analytical expertise
- Develop front end solutions to design, develop, test and implement software
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to help deliver value
- Manage deadlines diligently, working with your team to achieve project milestones
- Support project management by reporting issues, risks, and status, and by assisting with financial activities as needed
- Travel may be required
Here's what you need:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with a graduation date no later than August 31, 2025.
Bonus Points if you are one or more:
- GPA over 3.2
- Demonstrated leadership in a student led organization, athletics, youth group, etc
- Work experience or student athlete experience
- Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, Math Degrees, or other related degrees
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Project, Word)
- Experience with software configuration (Microsoft PowerApps, SharePoint, etc.) or eCommerce platform configuration (Shopify, Etsy, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
- Exposure to systems with Appian, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Pega, or PeopleSoft components
- Exposure to Agile methods and tools, such as Jira
- Are known for being analytical, looking at things from all angles
- Are resourceful and intellectually curious
- Able to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
