The Consumer Experience Professional 1 ensures optimized interaction between a company and members. The Consumer Experience Professional 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.
The Consumer Experience Professional 1 may leverage voice of the customer, NPSt, root cause, telling the story, call listening, member experience design, elimination and recognition of friction points, identifying automation/optimization opportunities, empower others in the organization to speak up and voice opportunities to improve the member experience. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
+ 1 - 3 years of consumer operations experience
+ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
+ Commitment to preserving confidentiality
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Develop analysis and understand trends and analytics
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Power BI desired
+ Experience with InMoment or similar survey management tools desired
+ Six Sigma Knowledge desired

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
