Summary
This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Supervision Enforcement and Fair Lending in the Office of Supervision Examinations. The incumbent administers supervisory systems and tools that support Supervision activities in support of non-bank registration.

Responsibilities
The following are the duties of this position at the CN-53, broadly equivalent to the GS-13. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
- Leads in the development, implementation, and operations of supervision tools and systems to support the CFPB's supervisory/registrations process. Participates and leads in cross functional working groups with internal and external partners to develop policies and procedures.
- Facilitates the management of information systems and collection of supervisory/registrations data to be used by the Offices of Supervision, Fair Lending, and Enforcement.
- Leads the development of business requirements, implementation of requirements, testing, and operation of tools to support CFPB's supervisory/registrations process.
- Applies comprehensive knowledge of financial consumer protection issues and the federal consumer protection laws and regulations governing these issues to, among other things, develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to facilitate information sharing and the supervisory/registrations process.
