Target base salary range is $17.00-$20.00, which is based onvarious factorsincluding skills and work experience.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
In the Role
Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customerexpectations
Develop new relationships – andmaintainexisting relationships - working with customers throughout the loan process and loan lifecycle
Present financial solutions, based on customer needs, that meet theirgoals
Present customers with optional insurance products
Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clearunderstanding
Learn how toutilizecredit underwriting techniques and salestools
Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities,complying withall laws andregulations
Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED
Preferred:
Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
Location:On site
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
