At E. Claire Beauty E. Claire was founded in 2014 to give all service providers for the salon & spa professions a space that provides all the tools they need to be successful. We were the first in using the terms “teaching salon” with our associate program. That program has now evolved into the E. Claire Academy Advanced Training Program. We have been ahead of the trends being a gender neutral and texture trained company, since opening our doors. The Academy has been built to teach to neurodivergent learners and all of our products are chosen due to their eco-friendly and sustainable design.
We are seeking a Consumer Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional consumer experience by answering calls, emails and by providing support. We are looking for someone who communicates in a professional manner to provide a positive brand experience, both on the phone and via email. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can use your communication and problem-solving skills!
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with our loyal consumers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels such as mailings
- Provide timely and accurate information to consumers regarding products or services
- Assist consumers with inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain consumer records and update details in the database through data entry
- Ensure consumer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, efficiently and professionally
- Works across departments for specific tasks, ex: samples, online promotions, giveaways, refunds, complaints
- Log all consumer inquiries regarding products, feedback, suggestions for tracking/KPIs
- Process consumer orders, sample orders, donations, returns, refunds, and respond to inquiries through Shopify
Qualifications
- Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly
- Organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Excel skills required
- Proficiency in English; bilingual is a plus
- Online shopping platform experience required - Shopify preferred
- Strong consumer relations skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Problem solving
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Basic computer skills for data entry tasks (MS Office Suite)
- Additional duties as necessary

Job Type: Full-time / Partime
Pay: 28.75 - $35.72, per hour
