This role drives strategy by presenting data-driven insights to executive and non-technical audiences.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelops performance management vision and approach, structuring analyses and building narratives from data, managing stakeholders, leading project delivery, and preparing clear, concise, and compelling executive-level presentationsApplies strategic thinking and a hypothesis-based approach to frame complex questions as analytical problems and provide meaningful insightsLeads the development of architecture, implementation, and roll-out strategy for advanced self-service capabilities against an evolving data lake platformDirects analytics team in the delivery of business-critical research and analysisDevelops strategy for identifying best practices and optimizing operations and sales performanceManages the modification and transformation of highly complex data into a valuable, readable, and presentable formatLeads and executes cross-functional projects using advanced data analysis techniques to discover insights that will drive strategic decisions and efficienciesCreates complex, informational presentations for various audiences including executives, senior and mid-level managers, and associatesManages the design and delivery of complex reports analyzing business functions, key operational and performance metrics, and trends impacting Regions to determine appropriate actionsProactively monitors trends in the industry and seeks opportunities for continuous improvementThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.This is a single incumbent position.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or related field and eight (8) years of experience in data analytics or related fieldOr Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or related field and ten (10) years of experience in data analytics or related fieldFive (5) years of supervisory/management experienceExperience leading teams responsible for creating robust modeling and dashboard-style reporting to facilitate executive-level decision makingPreferencesExperience with operational risk scenario analysisExperience utilizing applicable analytical software (e.g
