We are looking for a Contact Center (Member Service Representative) responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Handling inbound calls from Credit Union Members in a fast-paced environment.
- Providing excellent customer service with members' checking accounts, loans, and credit cards plus.
- Communicating products and services offered by the credit union.
- Work onsite in Brea, Monday – Friday 9:15 am – 6:00 pm.
- One year experience in a sales/customer service environment.
- One year of experience answering phones in a fast-paced environment – preferably in the financial industry.
- One year experience working with checking accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.
- Excellent communication and member service advisory skills.
- Computer skills.
- Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required.
