About the Job
This is a three-month project for a contact center role. The candidate will perform quality audits and reviews of all submitted data and assist with scheduling.
Setting: Training will be conducted in person at the Uniondale site for two weeks, after which the position will be 100% remote.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Chinese, Bengali, Russian, Spanish - Bengali preferred)
- High School Diploma
- Able to pass a typing test with at least 45 WPM.
- One - two (1-2) years' experience in customer service, quality, and/or auditing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
