We are seeking an experienced Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CCaaS platforms, with a focus on designing and implementing omnichannel solutions that enhance both customer and agent experiences while optimizing business workflows.
Job DescriptionFor this role We need strong person who have worked in Contact Center space (and not in enterprise telephony) and with GOOD experience in NICE InContact, should have;
- Worked with business
- Worked in configuring/changing/building IVR Flows
- Worked in some self service enablement for IVR Flows
- Worked in full function understanding and building Skill base routing
- Worked on building reports / changing reports
- Experience on non-voice channel will be great advantage
- Experience on WFM products, Quality Management solutions, Sentiment analysis etc would be great advantage
- Experience with API integration to down stream system would be great experience
