Position: Contact Centre PM

Location- Schaumburg, IL ( 3 days at office)

Duration: 6 Months

Need to have experience on Genesys platform.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Genesys Contact Centre PM to join client’s team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Genesys certification preferred
• Proven experience working with Genesys contact centre solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of contact centre operations and best practices
