Our client is a fast-growing, health tech e-commerce startup delivering premium pediatric health and wellness products to parents to help care for their children. They are in an exciting phase of rapid growth and are seeking a Content Creator.
This role is based in Midtown Atlanta and is hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote), so local candidates only please.
Position Overview
Seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator with a strong background in design and graphic arts to join our fast-paced startup team. This role is pivotal in bringing the brand story to life across various digital platforms. As the Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience. From blog posts and social media campaigns to email marketing and on-site content shoots, you will create materials that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, with strong graphic design skills and a passion for creating content that supports community building and real-world interactions. This role also requires flexibility to be on-site for hospital shoots and local events.
Key Responsibilities
Base Salary $60,000-$80,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and Graphics: Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, such as meta-ads, marketing collateral, and social media graphics.
- Content Strategy & Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, develop, and execute content strategies that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences in a startup environment.
- Social Media: Manage the creation and execution of content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and maximizing engagement.
- Email Marketing: Write compelling email copy for marketing campaigns, product announcements, and newsletters, focusing on driving customer engagement and conversions.
- On-Site Content Creation: Capture photos and video content on location to help build and foster community engagement.
- Video & Visual Content: Produce and edit short- and long-form video content for use across digital platforms, showcasing our products, company culture, and customer stories.
- Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) to create visually appealing and professional-grade content, including static and dynamic designs.
- Monitor Trends: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms, recommending innovative content strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Social Listening: Identify relevant topics, conversations, and emerging trends through social listening, influencing both content strategies and product development.
- Blogging & Copywriting: Write and optimize blog posts, product descriptions, and other marketing copy that reflects our brand voice and supports SEO goals.
- Content Calendar Management: Maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and distribution of content across all channels.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, videographers, and other creatives to develop visually appealing and impactful content.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics to assess effectiveness, adjust strategies, and optimize future content for maximum impact.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, managing feedback, and creating conversations around our brand.
- Brand Storytelling: Develop innovative ways to showcase our products, mission, and company culture through relatable and captivating storytelling.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, graphic design, or a related field, ideally within a startup, CPG, or eCommerce environment.
- Multimedia Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), with experience creating both static and dynamic content. Canva familiarity is a plus.
- Email & Copywriting Skills: Strong copywriting skills, especially for email campaigns, with a keen understanding of how to craft engaging subject lines and messaging to drive conversions.
- Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools with the ability to create platform-specific content that drives engagement.
- Writing Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills with a flair for creative storytelling and knowledge of SEO best practices.
- On-Site Flexibility: Ability to attend and capture content during on-site hospital visits and events in the local area, supporting community engagement.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new trends, tools, and content formats, staying ahead of the digital marketing landscape.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a creative team, maintaining a positive attitude under deadlines.
- Startup Enthusiasm: Interest or experience in working within a fast-paced startup environment, with a willingness to take on diverse tasks and contribute to the companys growth.
- Work Examples: Portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for design and content creation skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing, content partnerships, or digital advertising.
- Photography and videography skills are a strong plus.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and product marketing.
