As a Content Creator at Milkshake Concepts, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand’s voice & engaging with our community through innovative and industry-leading content. You will have the opportunity to showcase our unique dining experiences with a heavy emphasis on TikTok & other social media platforms. 

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

• Assist Social Media Manager in developing & executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness & engagement across 9 brands
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality, visually captivating content across all social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, customer interactions, and special events to highlight our vibrant restaurant culture. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging & promotional campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends & tools, incorporating innovative ideas to keep our audience engaged. 
• Assist Social Media Manager in monitoring social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. 

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

• Proven experience in content creation, particularly for hospitality or restaurant industry. 
• Extensive knowledge of all major social media platforms, with a strong passion and understanding of TikTok. Exceptional photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas that resonate with our audience.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication & organization skills. 
• A genuine passion for the hospitality and restaurant industries. 
• Ability to work nights and weekends
