Join our team as an AI-Enabled Content Strategist to develop intuitive self-help experiences for QuickBooks users by leveraging AI technologies. You'll transform complex jargon into approachable language, author structured content, and design engaging support experiences. - Design intuitive support experiences on the QuickBooks site, improving resource accessibility.
- Implement and contribute to content standards, fostering brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product and user needs.
- Utilize AI and data analysis to enhance content relevance and engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress.
- Proficiency in creating and managing modular, structured content (e.g., DITA).
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies and content system optimizations.
