POSITION RESPONSIBILIIES:
- Work with Creative Director to develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and calendarize content
- Create/Produce/Write engaging content across multiple channels and asset types (e.g. website, email, blogs, social media posts, product videos, etc.)
- Proofread, edit, and otherwise ensure highest caliber of deliverables
- Optimize content according to SEO strategy; utilize SEO digital tools, as needed
- Follow content trends and generate new ideas to draw our audience’s attention
- Brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and content strategies
- Manage content on website, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses
- Work with Digital Marketing colleagues to analyze and gather actionable insights from content performance results / reporting
- Collaborate with campaign managers, creative team, and designers
- Manage content engagements with 3rd party vendors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards (e.g. copyright and data protection)
- Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator / Manager
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Hands on experience with MS Office and experience with WordPress is a plus
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with social media
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
- Experience in financial sector appreciated but not required
- Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
- 5+ years of experience; Financial industry experience a plus
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
