We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content that drives brand awareness and supports our marketing initiatives. You will play a critical role in enhancing Presto’s online and public presence, positioning our innovative solutions in the QSR industry. Responsibilities
- Execute within a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience.
- Create high-quality content, including blog posts, press releases, product/sales collateral, white papers, case studies, presentation slides, social media posts, and website content, to highlight Presto’s automation solutions and maintain our brand leadership.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely publication and alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
- Optimize written content for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Grow Presto’s social media presence on LinkedIn, driving engagement and building relationships with our audience.
- Publishing blog posts in WordPress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Product) to gather insights and produce relevant, impactful content.
- Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights to improve future content marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about QSR industry trends, news, and competitor strategies to inform content development and positioning.
- Collaborate with external vendors on content as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or copywriting.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience incorporating company brand and tone of voice into your written content.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent social media (LinkedIn) creation and publishing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or SaaS space.
- Knowledge of the restaurant or quick service industry.
- Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
The U.S. base salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $ 92,000 annually benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Presto, it is not typical for the individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role; compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances for each case.
