CONTENT MARKETING SPECIALIST - Spherion

As a Content Marketing Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving traffic to the website through organic search, social media and email channels. Responsibilities:
Blog Content: Own the content calendar, source and produce articles (both in-house and in collaboration with guest writers), manage the review and editing process, and publish content on our website.

Email Newsletter: Plan, build, test, and send our recurring email newsletters and one-off email campaigns as needed.

Social Media: Manage our social media publishing calendar, strategize our social media presence, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate on projects and facilitate communication across departments and international offices.

Analyze Content Performance: Track content performance to understand what???s effective and what needs improvement.

Optimize Content: Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Previous Experience: Background in content marketing, community engagement, or social media roles is preferred.

Passion for Diving: A genuine enthusiasm for the underwater world and diving culture

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Wordsmithing Skills: 1+ years of journalism and/or professional writing experience, along with some editing experience, is a plus.

Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Self-Starter: Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

Fearlessness: A willingness to experiment with new ideas, learn from experiences, and adapt quickly.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools, social media scheduling tools, and Google Analytics.
