Location: HYBRID; LA
Pay Rate: $40/hour
Duration: 5 Months
Planet Interactive's well-known beauty client has a HOT need for a Content Producer with 4 years in-house brand experience for a HYBRID assignment kicking off in October 2024!
In this role the Content Producer will own all production responsibilities of select campaigns including in-studio shoots & illustration/animation projects
This role will work closely with Post Production, Studio, Creative, Editorial, & appropriate Marketing teams to execute content production projects
Content Producer Responsibilities: Ability to support the Content Production team with all campaign production projects (scoping,estimating, negotiating, awarding, casting, pre-pro, shooting, etc.).
Collaborates with greater Content Production team to find production process efficiencies.
Thorough roster of talent (photographers, directors, stylists, etc.), as well as trusted production partners and vendors.
Expertise in identifying appropriate creative talent for varying projects.
Day to day management of multiple ongoing content production projects.
Works closely with outside Casting Directors on all model castings
Oversees model contracts (model packages, rate negotiations and scheduling details) in partnership with Sephora’s internal Business Affairs team.
Responsible for making sure that NDAs and releases are signed for all projects.
Works hand in hand with cross functional business partners (Creative, Marketing, PM, et al.).
Creates and manages budget from preproduction through delivery
Includes thorough estimation reviews, budget approvals, and actualization, including noting any project-specific budget call outs for future knowledge.
Daily management and coordination of artists and vendors.
Works with internal studio team to book studio spaces and coordinate shoot-specific equipment needs.
Collaborates with Post Production team on communicating tech specs and data management to external vendors, as well as ensuring a thorough hand off of deliverables upon completion of the shoot(s).
Works directly with director/photographer and cross functional partners to implement creative and marketing feedback and ensure creative vision and marketing strategy are satisfied met.
Management of projects through tools such as Box, Monday, Smartsheet, Pitch, and Frameio.
Content Producer Qualifications: College degree; BA or BFA preferred.
Excellent technical skills - MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of production process.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with tight deadlines.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fluid ever-changing environment.
Organized and detail oriented
Able to adhere to notes and see the projects through to the end
