About the Job
Position Purpose:
Coordinates and manages all incoming contents assignments that are submitted either directly by clients or from the onsite team. Must be able to distinguish between Onsite Field request and Valuation Only request and distribute to the appropriate team. Has the ability to work in tandem with third party vendors to generate personal property inventories, create assignments and distribute them to the Pricing Analysts for evaluation. Must be able to attempt first contact for Onsite Inspections, and to efficiently distribute assignments as well as check inventories accuracy, for Valuation Only assignments. The incumbent must be able to make decisions with minimal oversight and supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors and manages the Pricing & Onsite inbox for all incoming assignments
- Make decisions with minimal oversight and supervision.
- Attempt first Contact on Onsite Assignments.
- Review valuation only assignments, for accuracy and missing information.
- Able to effectively communicate directly with both onsite and pricing teams
- Able to effectively communicate with third party vendors and review their work before assigning to the pricing team.
- Able to expertly navigate the database to set up and distribute new assignments to the Pricing Analysts.
Qualifications:
- Insurance industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, some Xactimate experience
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel and customers
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, achieve goals, organize and take pride in their work
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute or better
- Incumbent must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check
Preferences:
- Insurance industry experience, minimum of 1 years
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time, Exempt position
- Position requires daytime availability.
- Schedule may change according to business operational needs
Environmental Factors:
- Work is performed in hybrid model split between time in office and remote.
- Must be comfortable sitting for extended periods of time.
