Position Summary
The Contract Administration Manager oversees and reviews customer contracts and lead transaction responsibilities to ensure timely execution and implementation of contracts, vendor applications, and customer compliance.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties):
• Review contract language negotiation for customer and subconsultant agreements
• Draft, review, and revise company agreement templates as needed
• Act as a liaison with outside counsel, as needed
• Assist internal teams with project closeout documentation, ensure project controls are met,
• Provide support when needed related to risk management (Bonds, Certificate of Insurance, Claims, IP, Patents, etc.)
• Coordinate critical dates and follow-up to ensure smooth project implementations
• Prepare, process and distribute all amendments, as needed

Education / Experience (an equivalent combination of education and/or experience)
- Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Contract Administration, or related field
- 5 Years of Experience in Contract Administration
- 2 Years of Experience in Construction Contract Administration
Technical Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
