The Contract Administrative Assistant RAKH will support all Branches within AFRL/PZL and will directly support RAKH Branch and Section Chiefs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, papers, and briefings In Accordance With (IAW) DAFH 33-337 and prepare correspondence IAW AFMAN 33-326
• Perform the lifecycle tasks associated with Contract Closeout
• Coordinate, analyze, distribute, and monitor action items, taskers, suspense’s, and responses.
• Perform Records Management at the Branch or Division level.
• Provide recommendations regarding administrative & office management processes & procedures.
• Prepare agendas, reports, documents, and briefings.
• Schedule meetings, maintain appointment calendars, and conference room schedules.
• Answer telephones, forward messages, and provide responses to routine queries.
• Manage and maintain internal office trackers, rosters, and lists.
• Manage Purchase Requests and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests. This includes retrieval from Government systems (CCaR, FM Suite, DEAMS, Etc.), logging and tracking, and distribution to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with Quarterly and Annual Awards
• Other Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant function as required by Division or Branch
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ablity to obtain tier III – Secret adjudicated security clearance.
• Fully proficient in the following systems within 3 months of start date:
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to learn, execute, and eventually train others within 6 months of start date in the following systems:
  • ConWrite, ConAward, CON-IT, CCaR, FMSuite, and DEAMs, KT-Fileshare, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment
