As the Contract Administrator, you will manage the intake, assignment, processing, tracking and reporting related to customer and vendor contracts for our Supply Chain business units. You'll also provide general administrative support to the Vice President and the Senior Directors in the department.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Manage the workflow of preparation, intake, tracking and reporting for customer contracts
- Assist attorneys in managing the contract life cycle, including tracking expiration dates, preparing contract documents and approvals, facilitating the signing of agreements and communicating contract information to cross-functional departments
- Assist in the preparation and review of agreements, amendments, NDAs and other legal documents
- Organize, maintain and electronically track all contracts and related documents in the system of record; review and track certifications of insurance for compliance
- Collaborate with team members to create presentations for the company leaders and executives
- Assist with contract management projects, including system integration and process improvement
- Partner with the sales, finance and business units to provide visibility and communication regarding the contract process
- Facilitate the approval and signature process for all customer agreements, including drafting contract approvals and project approvals, obtaining internal approvals, sending for final signatures, documenting the final contract terms, and circulating to internal cross-functional teams
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- 1 year of experience with contract management systems, including in-depth experience with Microsoft Excel, document repositories and workflow tools
- 1 year of experience managing contract processes and providing administrative support
- Paralegal certification
- Logistics or transportation experience
- 3 years of experience with contract management systems, including in-depth experience with Microsoft Excel, document repositories and workflow tools
- 3 years of experience managing contract processes and providing administrative support
