Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all project documentation
- Office environment experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in project management tools including ComputerEase and Smartsheets
- General Knowledge of Construction Industry Contracts
As Contract Administrator, you will support Project Managers in the successful execution of construction projects by managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with permitting and insurance requirements, and facilitating smooth coordination betweenstakeholders.
The Compensation for this position is $17-18.50 per hour.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Prepare and update project summaries, including budget summaries.
- Project summaries and setup in computer database.
Coordinate permits, certificates of insurance, and bonding acquisition.
Communicate with building officials and inspectors to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing support as needed.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and delivered on time.
