About the Job
The Contract Execution Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing administrative activities for a subset of suppliers, customers and flows. In this role, you will have a focus on continuous improvement for the contract execution administration process, helping to identify and deploy solutions to constantly improve the processes locally. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure coordinated tasks are completed efficiently to support business objectives. Work with supply chain management systems and tools to bring together data and run regular reports and analyses in support of supply chain business processes. Participate in continuous improvements for the contract execution process area and provide recommendations, ideas and plans to local and functional management. Complete administrative and clerical tasks for the supply and delivery process related to the execution of purchase and sale commodity contracts, as well as for shipments and inventory management. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Job Purpose and Impact
The North America Senior Buyer Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management will handle cross regional sourcing activities and will actively contribute to the build and execution plans of the
category strategy. In this role, you will strategically manage regional stakeholders and key supplier relationships, in alignment with the category strategy.
Capital Sourcing Lead Role
Role is very experience heavy with construction, contracting and negotiating.
Key Accountabilities
Execute highly complex sourcing events.
Compile and analyze statistical data to resolve feasibility of buying products and establish price objectives.
Provide technical expertise in regional spend, stakeholder and procurement landscape.
Negotiate with suppliers and analyze supplier operations to resolve factors that affect prices and the lowest cost, consistent with quality, reliability and ability to meet required schedules.
Drive the implementation of cross regional sourcing decisions.
Lead key regional supplier and stakeholder relationship building and maintenance and monitor performance to make necessary adjustments.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of seven years of related work experience
Experience with the Engineering and Construction Management category
