Responsibilities:
- Contract and Grant Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of contractual documents, including contracts, grants, subcontracts, teaming agreements, MOUs, consulting agreements, and NDAs. This encompasses federal, state, and private funding sources.
- Contract Modifications and Amendments: Draft, review, negotiate, and execute modifications, amendments, extensions, and renewals for a diverse portfolio of contracts (cost reimbursement, fixed price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, time and materials, labor rate) and grants.
- Administrative Compliance: Complete administrative forms (e.g., Representations & Certifications, Vendor Profile forms, Conflict of Interest certifications) and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations, including certificates of insurance, audit reports, and supporting documentation.
- Contract Analysis and Communication: Contribute to the review and analysis of contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions. Clearly communicate critical terms to all relevant parties
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in contracts/grants administration.
- Grants or contracts certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Federal regulations, OMB Uniform Guidance, and federal acquisition regulations, including familiarity with various contract types (e.g., FFP, CPFF, Time and Material).
- Experience with contract development, negotiation, and processing.
- Experience working with research organizations is a plu

This job is Fully Remote.
Pay Range: Hourly $40.25 to $41.75
