About the Job
Oversee day-to-day operations for the office
Focus on Customer Relationship Management, State Contract Compliance and adherence to State and Company Policies
Ensure the employees have the highest level of training
Ensure that all employees provide the highest level of service
Manage, develop, and train employees to efficiently meet the needs of the business and customers
Identify performance gaps and mobilize efforts to close them
Ensure all employees are performing per contract and state policies
Counter/Clerk supervision
Ensure all location has the necessary equipment to operate to the highest function
Ensure that all maintenance issues are addressed and communicate the needs of any issues to the Contract Manager or Owner
Accountable for staffing, ordering, as well as all paperwork and reports and completing in a timely manner
Assist with new hire processes and all paperwork that goes along with that
Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective business operations

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of License Office Management experience with the State of Missouri
Proven leadership and ability to drive customer service
Must have a proven track record of taking initiative and excelling in a high pressure environment
Solid in areas of personal character, commitment, organization and selling
Must have strong leadership and management skills to include recruiting, hiring, team building, coaching, and mentoring while retraining seasoned employees and managers when needed
Must have good written and oral and listening communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Basic Computer Skills
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be current on all Missouri State, Local (city) and Federal Taxes
