The Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist (LFMT) to join our team as a Contract Therapist LPHA.

The Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist (LFMT) to join our team as a Contract Therapist LPHA.

What you’ll do
- Provide cognitive behavioral family oriented, individual and/or group therapeutic mental health services, including medication and parenting skills training
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of client interactions
- Monitor service authorizations and prepare cases for review
- Attend mandatory trainings, meetings, and maintain licensure
- Facilitate client referrals to in-house prescribers as needed
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Texas State Board licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LFMT
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mental health, family counseling, or social work
- Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
- A valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
