Contract Management Assistant - CTD Staffing, LLC

CTD Staffing is looking for candidates to fill a role with one of our large clients in the Milwaukee, WI area.  They are seeking a "Contract Management Assistant".  This is a hybrid schedule with both remote and onsite work.  The hours are Monday - Friday, 8-4:30 pm and the pay is $21/hour with benefits.  They are seeking strong administrative candidates (2 years) who are very proficient with MS Office, experience with Adobe and document redaction, and preferable contract assistance experience.  Candidates need to be professional and have a polished presence and communication.  Please apply here if interested and a member of our team will give you a call to go over more details and description. 

"Top Skills & Years of Experience: 2 years of experience in the following:
- Experience in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) 
- Experience with Adobe Pro for document redaction
- Strong communication skills to support external partners, customers, and internal departments 
- Multitasking/prioritization is a must in order to meet deadlines
- Scheduling meetings and taking minutes from meetings
- Filing and mailing through the USPS
- Purchasing / creation of requestions on the ERP system (preferred)
Nice to have skills:
- Experience handling public records"
