Job Type: Contract, 6 months
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team in Mill Valley, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting to support the company's rapid growth and talent needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to source, screen, and place top talent across a variety of roles within the real estate investment and property management space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for multiple open positions.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, positive, and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate diversity.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, market compensation data, and best practices to advise hiring managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Recruiter, ideally within the real estate, finance, or investment industries
- Strong understanding of hiring for roles in property management, asset management, and real estate acquisitions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Contract Details:
- 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs
- Hybrid work model: 1-2 days per week on-site in Mill Valley, CA; remote otherwise
