Contract Recruiter (Seasonal) - Customer Care Team
Location: Remote, ability to work EST & CST time zones
Contract Duration: January 6th – May (with potential extension based on performance and business needs)
Pay: $23-$28/hr.
Position Overview: A leading company in the lawncare industry is seeking motivated and experienced full lifecycle contract recruiters to support recruiting efforts for the Customer Care Team during the upcoming season. The target start date for this role is January 2nd, 2025. You will play a key role in hiring top talent for customer call center and inside sales representative positions, partnering closely with team managers to identify and onboard new team members across various U.S. locations. This role requires autonomy and precision, focusing on managing requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, and driving high-quality hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage all stages of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to making hiring decisions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaboration with Team Managers: Work closely with team managers to align recruiting strategieswith current needs, ensuring an optimal candidate fit for customer care roles.
- Targeted Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and applicant pipelines to fill positionsquickly and efficiently, targeting candidates with customer service and inside sales experience.
- Remote Interview Management: Schedule and conduct remote interviews via Microsoft Teams,coordinating effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
- Regional Focus: Candidates will work remotely, but preference will be given to recruiters located in orfamiliar with the EST and CST time zones for optimized scheduling.
- ATS and CRM Systems: Utilize the company's ATS (Workday) and Paradox for managing candidatedata, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, particularly in customer service or insidesales roles, with a focus on high-volume environments.
- Autonomous and Results-Driven: Ability to work independently while meeting recruitment targets(10-12 hires per week).
- Remote Capability: Must possess personal equipment, including a laptop and mobile device, toperform all recruiting functions remotely.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt hours to accommodate the needs of the assigned team, with corehours typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Teams and familiarity with ATS for virtualinterviewing and candidate management.
Onboarding and Training:
- Onboarding: One week of structured onboarding to provide platform access and procedural overview.
- Shadowing: One week of shadowing experienced recruiters, with the expectation of managingindependent recruiting efforts shortly thereafter.
- Independence: Full autonomy in the role anticipated by the end of the first month.
Role Requirements:
- 6 months of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, preferably in customer call center or inside sales roles.
- Flexibility to adapt to workload demands and ability to work EST/CST hours.
