Position Profile
Provides administrative support to Palliative Care Office Manager, DCS and Director of Development/Strategic Planning to include gathering data, producing reports, maintaining various office lists, coordinating meetings, word processing and other clerical duties.
Responsibilities
§ Provides quality administrative support.
§ Performs accurate and timely data entry.
§ Assures paperwork completeness and timelines are met.
§ Maintains and enhances professional skills.
§ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
§ High school diploma or equivalent experience.
§ Minimum two years administrative support experience.
§ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Word).
