About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to join our Legal Department for established Metrowest company. The ideal candidate will have significant interaction with customers and business managers, ensuring contracts are well-protected and compliant with corporate risk standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, negotiate, and draft customer agreements.
Review commercial purchase orders and change orders.
Review for Compliance and Risk.
Manage the contract approval process with cross-functional teams.
Assist with licensing.
Coordinate insurance matters.
Provide contract administration support, including status tracking and maintaining records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration and negotiation.
Strong knowledge of commercial terms and legal implications.
Experience in the power generation or related industries is a plus.
Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
Experience with contract management software is a plus.
