- Negotiation: Engage with vendors, clients, and internal teams to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all contracts adhere to organizational policies and relevant regulations.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and procurement teams to align contract strategies with organizational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on contract status, renewals, and compliance issues to management.

Qualifications:
