A client of Innova Solutions is hiring a Contract Specialist.

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Contract Specialist, you will:

• Provide administration of free-standing ancillary provider contracts.
• Be issuing and facilitating execution process for new free-standing ancillary provider contracts including signature by Senior Management and return of executed contracts to providers.
• Be writing and distributing provider updates summarizing terms of new contracts for distribution to operational areas.
• Be loading executed contracts to provider contract repository on SharePoint.
• Updating tracking list of unique contract provisions of new contracts.
• Respond to provider contract questions and/or providing clarification regarding contract provisions to operational areas.
• Provide copies of contracts, rate documents and/or related contract correspondence to authorized parties including Corporate Fraud and Investigation, Legal, Finance, internal and external auditors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with provider contract administration functions.
• Experience on research and investigation, work effectively with all associate and management levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $30 - $33 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
