American Senior Communities is now hiring a Contract Support Coordinator
The Contract Support Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of communication, requests and documentation of third-party contract employee placement and compliance in Therapy, providing additional administrative assistance to Talent Acquisition and HR support teams as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years administrative support work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the temporary staffing industry or managing staffing agency contracts and vendor relationships is preferred.
- Experience developing efficient document- and employee-data tracking processes.
- Experience effectively navigating vendor management system (VMS) database or applicant tracking system (ATS).
