CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Contract Support Specialist to join our Infrastructure – Construction Inspection Team at a client site near West Palm Beach, FL.
YOUR IMPACT:CHA provides a full complement of construction administration and inspection services to monitor, record and deliver successful projects. Our inspection team includes seasoned certified construction professionals cross-trained in design, risk management, and health and safety compliance to underscore our commitment to stringent standards. Our team understands that small details can have a big impact.
At CHA, our CEI Contract Support Specialist is responsible for preparing final estimate packages, progress estimates, and contract budgets among other tasks. The individual in this role processes change orders, assists with project closeout, and files project documentation.
The professional in this role exercises independent judgement in planning work details, making technical decisions related to the office aspects of the project, and reflects familiarity with the client’s procedures covering the project. Furthermore, the CEI Contract Support Specialist is expected to be proficient in the computer programs necessary to perform any duties necessary for the project(s).

REQUIREMENTS:- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of CEI experience having performed/assisted in project related duties
- CTQP Final Estimates Level II certification is required
- Any of the following certifications preferred: Concrete Field Technician Level I or Level II (Bridges), Asphalt Roadway Level I or Level II, Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I or II, Pile Driving Inspection, Drilled Shaft Inspection, FDOT Intermediate MOT
- Knowledge of FDOT standards and specifications required
- Knowledge of Bluebeam REVU software required
- Attention to detail, team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel is required
$32.21 - $36.05
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
