Responsibilities:

• Perform Maternal-Fetal Ultrasounds: Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations on pregnant women, including fetal anatomy scans, growth measurements, and Doppler studies.
• Patient Care: Prepare and position patients for scans, ensuring their comfort and safety. Explain procedures and answer questions to alleviate anxiety.
• Image Quality: Optimize image quality through proper technique selection and utilization of advanced imaging technology.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, midwives, and other team members to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely treatment planning.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete patient records, documenting procedures and findings.

Schedule:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• Shift: Day Shift (Monday - Friday), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• No Weekends, On-Call, or Holidays

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program with specialization in maternal-fetal ultrasound.
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification with OB/GYN specialty.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performing maternal-fetal ultrasounds.
• Preferred:
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in ultrasound equipment operation and related software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Additional Information:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks minimum.
• Aya Offer: An Aya Offer will be made once the candidate is clinically qualified, with the option for the manager to decline within 24-48 hours.
• Increased Bill Rate: Candidates with additional certifications in echocardiography may be eligible for an increased bill rate.
