Description:
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for the fulfillment and processing of contracts. This entails the communication of contract changes to affected departments and providing support as necessary to execute them. The Administrator will also perform certain Sales activities such as data entry, report generation, and co-coordination of customer returns.
Responsibilities
- Notify Engineering of contractual changes and ensure ECNs are implemented.
- Perform entries of Sales Orders and Customer Schedules as necessary.
- Be the primary point of contact for customers on Sales matters on a daily basis.
- Able to effectively communicate with others in individual and team settings
- Provide general support to Sales for the completion and processing of contracts.
Requirements
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Must possess 3-5 years in contracts administration or equivalent.
- Have strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Have an intermediate level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Suite products.
- A background check and drug screen are contingent upon hiring.

Note: Individuals with previous Aerospace experience are encouraged to apply.
Qualified candidates with less than 3 years of experience may be considered, but the salary is adjusted to $50,000 - 65,000.
