THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Contracts Administrator at Xactly Corporation, you'll be responsible for executing the contract administration process and coordinating all relevant stakeholders. This person will report to our CFO and be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or administering contractual documents that establish business relationships with customers and/or vendors. Works within the legal department to assist sales-ops and services teams to structure contracts. Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policies and other requirements.

We take pride in providing practical, trustworthy, and efficient legal advice to creatively support business' rapid international growth.
THE SKILL SET:
- 2+ years' experience in a Contracts Administrator or procurement role with SaaS license (preferred) or other commercial technology business agreements on the sell side of the business
- Background of managing legal tickets / requests and either a) completing the work or b) triaging it to legal team or c) sending to outside counsel
- Preferred experience in independently assessing, negotiating and executing requests for modifications on NDAs, Amendments, and Assignment agreements
- Experience in contract and compliance review after signature in SFDC, to ensure clean handoff to implementation, customer success and finance teams
- Excited about data analytics and skilled at creating compelling visual reports of legal metrics
- Experience of facilitating contract lifecycle management from planning to execution and feedback
- Understanding of software licensing terms for post-close contract analysis
- Management intake system and projects for attorneys both in the US and UK
- Knowledge of SFDC, Box, Docusign, Jira, Workday
- Gifted at planning legal department meetings, including off-sites and other activities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL
- Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow with the right people, paper and processes
- Build relationships with internal business partners including legal, finance, customer success, sales-ops, sales,and human resources
- Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves
- Understand and daily use of SFDC, Box, Docusign, Jira, Workday
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL
- Have a strong understanding of the business
- Confidently track and report legal metrics in a visually compelling way
- Add value and participate with procurement on purchasing contracts
- Improve processes in SFDC, Box, Docusign
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL
- Begin to implement the vision for change/impact that you have been developing over the past 6-months
- Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide
- Be a leader in process improvements (including how to "scale" legal services delivery to meet the growing needs of the company)
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL
- Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and instructional acumen
- Be the go-to person and subject matter expert for contract administration by building efficiencies of scale in vendor and sales contracting processes
- Lead trainings of sales-ops and finance teams on contracting best-practices

The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills. A reasonable range estimate is $59,000 to $73,500 plus applicable bonus.
