- Note : This is a hybrid role and candidate needs to onsite 2-3 days a week .

Description:
- The HHDDA Contracting Team is seeking a high performing Contractor to help all activities related to Contracting with Customers to purchase Data, within the Contracting & Governance team.
- The candidate will be accountable for adjudicating and governing global commercial customer data contracts under the direct oversight of the HHDDA Contracting Leader.
- This role involves working closely with the Business, business Analytic Engagement Leads, Data Strategy, Procurement, and various data suppliers.
- he role will execute new orders, change orders, manage and maintain HQ Compliance documentation, manage the Fair Market Value (FMV) project creation for Customer Data Contracts, sample data and third-party data sharing agreements and ensure contracts are stored and associated appropriately in the contract lifecycle management system.

Responsibilities:
- The position will be under the direct oversight of the HHDDA Contracting Leader
- Manage the execution and scope changes for Customer data contracts ensuring contract language aligns with our standards
- Manage budget activities such as Purchase Order Requests, building out budget spreadsheets, establishing a methodology for Invoice management, and tracking each Customer.
- Build & create guiding practices (draft and refine SOPs and Work Instructions) that document the data contract process, ensure quality, and create scalability in a dynamic and growing business demand setting.
- Ensure Compliance throughout the Customer Contact Lifecycle, including but not limited to HQ Documentation (Business Rationale, Intended Use (HQ vs. Field), and FMV Validation through the internal system (AXIA).
- Inform the Contract Compliance team of new contract uses, permissions, and restrictions to ensure data controls remain current to enforce contract compliance.
- Work to ensure the Oncology Budget is up-to-date and forecasted appropriately for the new year.
- Manage a report accountable for HH data purchase order execution, invoice issue escalation and resolution.
