Contracts Administrator - Nationwide Technical Resources Corp

• The ideal Senior Contracts Administrator will review contracts, monitor compliance, and manage complex proposals for government and commercial contracts.
  
• Ensure government contracts comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). 
  
• Monitor the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal or termination and maintain effective communication with all parties involved.
  

Requirements

• Review terms and conditions and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
  
• Work closely and facilitate effective communication between all internal and external customers
  
• Ensure all contracts are stored and maintained per company policies and legal requirements
  
• Monitor and track contract performance and compliance, including due dates
  
• Prepare reports on contracts' progress and performance for Senior Management
  
• Develop and implement best practices for contract management processes and procedures specific to government contracts
  
• Able to supervise or guide work to junior employees
  
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  
• CFCM certification or equivalent preferred
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration
  
• Knowledge of ITAR regulations
  
• Strong knowledge of government contract law, FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems
  
• Due to ITAR requirements, US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required
