Contracts Administrator (Fully Onsite in Moorpark)

Contracts Administration experience rquired.
The Contracts Administrator manages the contract lifecycle process including the assistance with documents in the contract repository, all contract-related data, tracking of contract obligations and working as a liaison with lines of business. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for development and implementation of contract administration processes and procedures, including administration of policies and processes in accordance with customer expectations, department requirements and corporate strategic objectives
Must haves:
- Must have transactional contract experience
- Ability to ammend contracts and documents
Duties:
- Provide support for the review and summarization of vendor contracts.
- Manage contract administration from beginning to end for the contracts team
- Work on NDA's, Letters of Termination and basic contracts.
- Develop and create reports on contract spend, aging , quarterly performace etc.
- Lead and participate in projects to support operational process improvement
- Ensure proper contract execution and data capture
