Contracts Administrator - Tandym

A New York City healthcare network is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Contracts Administrator. In this role, the Contracts Administrator will report to the Chief Operating Officer and partner with leadership playing a key role in process improvement solutions that enhance accountability and effective Management of the organization's contract operations.

Responsibilities:

The Contracts Administrator will:

• Oversee the contract coordination workflow from intake to execution
• Audit and manage the contract database, including organizing and uploading finalized contracts
• Support contract document revisions and special projects as needed
• Track and report on contract-related metrics internally
• Review and analyze contract requests, and assist with internal and external audit requests
• Maintain and provide education on contract administration policies, procedures, and processes
• Manage compliance by ensuring all parties adhere to contract terms and monitor contractor performance through key metrics
• Maintain and securely store compliance, legal, licensure, and accreditation documents using digital tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years Healthcare contracting experience
• Knowledge of contracting, legal, and healthcare industry areas
• Familiarity with regulatory agency requirements and state and federal laws, including anti-trust statutes, anti-kickback statutes, anti-bribery laws, Stark law, and HIPAA
• Proficient in total contract management, fair market and commercial reasonableness valuations, and utilizing contract databases
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting while upholding high standards of accuracy
• Excellent customer service and contract administration abilities

Desired Skills:
