Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for a temp-to-hire Contracts Administrator for a financial company in the Thousand Oaks area. This role is 100% on-site and is looking to pay $45/hr. Qualified candidates will have corporate contracts management experience- Corporate Paralegals are encouraged to apply!
The Contracts Administrator will:
- Provide support for the review and summarization of vendor contracts.
- Manage contract administration for the contracts team, including tracking incoming contracts and required documentation, maintenance and updating of the contract repository, work with legal to ensure the updating of contract templates.
- Track all contract-related data, as well as contractual obligations, upcoming expirations and completed contracts.
- Liaise with internal customers and perform customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Work on NDA's, Letters of Termination and basic contracts.
- Develop and create reports on contract spend, aging, quarterly performance and other relevant contract information as needed to satisfy compliance, departmental and contractual requirements
- Lead and participate in projects to support operational process improvement and coordination to ensure proper contract execution and data capture.
- Identify improvements, recommendations and efficiencies to the contracts process
- Manage multiple contracts and projects with varying deadlines
