What we need…
A Vendor Management Analyst to join the Contracts and Vendor Management team in delivering best in class value to the organization. This role will support internal business partners on all aspects of current and potential vendor relationships to ensure their needs are met while also complying with COCC policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best-practices.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who thrives in a high volume, fast-paced environment and enjoys problem solving. This is a hybrid position, offering work from home a few days a week.

What you’ll do…
- Build strong relationships with internal business partners to understand their requirements and counsel them on the Vendor Management Policy & Program.
- Utilize best practices to onboard new Vendors and identify the Risks through a series of analysis, research, and due diligence.
- Perform Vendor oversight and ongoing monitoring including performance, industry compliance and other relevant analysis utilizing existing procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and respond to requests in a timely manner using multiple channels (phone, email, Slack, CNow, etc.)
- Provide needed administrative support to senior leadership as necessary.
- Develop and apply a solid understanding of COCC’s Vendor Management Policy & Program.
- Update internal systems and databases on all aspects related to your assigned portfolio of vendors.
- With guidance review contracts with suppliers, vendors and partners ensuring consistency with company policies, guidelines, and objectives in a highly regulatory environment.
- Develop new methods of educating/communicating with COCC employees on vendor management best practices.
What you’ll bring…
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, especially written communication, and attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills, but also work independently.
- Proficiencies in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with WolfPac or other TPM solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
- Financial services experience is a plus as is knowledge related to vendor risk.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 / year
