Location: Dallas, TX/Tampa, FL/Hybrid
Duration: 5 months with possible contract to hire/ with possible extension
Description:
Contingent worker classification and policies
MSP responsibilities and operations
Contingent worker sourcing strategies
Ensure contingent labor suppliers' adherence with operational policies, procedures, compliance guidelines, and redesigned program framework
Monitor suppliers' achievement of performance goals, service levels and metrics according to contractual commitments
Maintain supplier compliance, execute Governing Agreements and renewals; manage and improve supplier diversity, supporting ESG and DEI goals
Understanding of contract management, employment laws and various types of contingent workers
Negotiate professional services engagements
Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing the complexities of a global program
Ability to be both respectful and firm when necessary to acquire results
Liaise with HR Legal and Talent mobility to ensure compliance to corporate policies and practices
Interaction with team:
Coordination with supplier and internal stakeholders.
Coordination with different departments
Exposure with Client as a whole
Required Skills:
Run an RFP
Understand different contracts.
Negotiation of contracts
Need to talk to supplier and internal stakeholders.
Experience with Procurement
MS Excel (Pivot tables, financial modeling, Functions)
MS Powerpoint (For presentation and business cases)
Business writing
Contract negotiation.
Contract knowledge
RFP development and execution
Budget Management
Familiarity with Legal terms
Business Writing
MS Office
