• Demonstrated specialist in area of expertise
• Ability to represent firm to outside clients
• Ability to build positive relationships with individuals at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Analytical skills allied with creative thinking
• Must be able to work under pressure and produce results without close supervision
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to ever changing regulatory environment
• Detail oriented
• Ability to track and monitor progress of multiple completing assignments to ensure deadlines are met
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft suite of products - Word and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to internally-developed systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• An additional 3-4 years of previous regulatory, industry, and/or paralegal experience.
• Work experience in a legal or business environment.
• Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or investment advisory activities.
