Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required
Aside from a service minded and highly organized individual, in order to be fully successful in the role and maximize your potential, we are also looking for the following:
- Strong Project Management / Program Management experience – this is a hands on role, some project management experience is desired to be successful in this role.
- Delivery to tight deadlines – there will be a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it. Proven ability to manage a large workload, prioritize and deliver high quality output will be essential.
- Communication Skills – role requires the ability to communicate and engage throughout the organization, both in written and verbal form.
- Strong presentation skills are a must.
- Service orientation and strong relationship building skills are critical.

Contract processing, including
- RSG-RECONCILING DEALS/AMENDMENTS TO MIRROR EXECUTED DOCUMENT
- RSG-ASSISTANCE WITH DEAL AND AMENDMENT ENTRY
- CRM AND RSG-CUSTOMER SET UPS AND UPDATES
- RSG-UPDATING CONTRACTS STATUS OF 'NON-RENEWALS' AND 'IN-RENEWALS'
- RSG-UPDATING DEAL-MAKER NAMES ON ACTIVE DEALS
- RSG-UPDATING RSG COMMENTS FOR WEEKLY CONTRACT MEETINGS
- RSG OR MICROSTRATEGY-RUNNING "CONFLICT CHECK" FOR PIRACY ISSUES (LEGAL)
- RSG OR MICROSTRATEGY-RUNNING "CONFLICT CHECK' FOR PROMOTIONS AND PARKS
- MICROSTRATEGY-AD HOC REPORTS FOR STAKEHOLDERS:
- PROPERTY
- PRODUCT
- DISTRIBUTION
- OTHER
- RSG OR LEGAL REPOSITORIES (DESKSITE, SHARED DRIVE) PULLING CONTRACTS COPIES FOR VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS
- ASSISTANCE WITH UPDATING SHAREPOINT LICENSING GUIDELINES
- OTHER TASKS AS NEEDED
NOTES FROM HIRING MANAGER
The HM is looking for a candidate who is detail oriented and has experience with data entry. The team is looking for someone with experience with licensing and contract and interested in the entertainment business.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office, excellent verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable attending meetings and communicating with key stakeholders.
- Candidate must be a go getter, Team player, and Engaged in their work.
- This role is fast paced and requires someone with strong attention to detail being able to transfer all date from paper document to a digital copy and confirm that everything is correct.
- They will need to be able to assist with the process from start to finish.
