Currently seeking a Contracts & Operations Financial Analyst to join their team in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
Responsibilities:
Currently seeking a Contracts & Operations Financial Analyst to join their team in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Apply for, maintain multiple general contractor/specialist licenses, and work on prequalifications for government agencies and private clients.
- Work with Accounting, Finance, and Project Site Management to track invoicing to client in order to increase collections and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Review of Small Business Plans, Policy and help with monthly and/or bi-annual reports to government clients
- Aid in preparation of Requests for Proposals and Request for Equitable Adjustments Certified Cost Packages, involving contract cost analysis, variance analysis, equipment and payroll rates and evidence collection.
- Other Special Projects as they arise.
- Must be able to work in an in-office work environment; at this time the in-office work personnel are working a -
- TEMPORARY- hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Eventually, at Managements discretion, they will require all in-office work personnel to return back to working 5 days in the office on a "permanent" basis (this includes temp, temp to hire, & direct hire personnel).
- COVID-19 vaccination is required (fully vaccinated)
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 years of experience in Construction Accounting or Finance
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP Systems Functionality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat DC required.
- Ability to manage and execute several tasks with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in either a Team or an Independent setting, depending on project requirements.
- Ability to work across departments to get a task accomplished.
